3. Setup

1. Assembly:

   Carefully connect the detachable neck/fingerboard to the main body of the LAVA GENIE. Ensure it clicks securely into place. The design allows for easy attachment and detachment for portability.

2. Charging:

   Before first use, fully charge the LAVA GENIE using the provided USB-C charging cable. The charging port is located on the main body. A full charge ensures optimal performance.

3. Power On:

   Press and hold the power button located on the side of the main body until the indicator lights illuminate.
4. Strap Attachment:

   Attach the custom shoulder strap to the designated strap pins on the LAVA GENIE for comfortable playing. Adjust the strap length to your preference.

• No Strings Attached: The LAVA GENIE operates without physical strings. Chords are selected by touching the fingerboard, and notes are played by tapping the designated areas.
• Fingerboard Interaction: Touch the illuminated sections on the fingerboard to select chords. Glide your fingers across the fingerboard to create arpeggios.
• TapPads: Utilize the TapPads on the body to trigger notes and rhythms.

4.2 LAVA+ App Connectivity

• Learning Songs: Access thousands of songs with Guiding Lights that illuminate on the fingerboard, showing you where to play.

• lavaAI Transcription: Transcribe your own music into playable ChordCharts using the integrated lavaAI feature.
• Customization: Customize the fingerboard to switch between 7-chord and 21-chord modes.
