4. Installation

This electric fireplace is designed for wall-mounted installation. Ensure you have the necessary tools and assistance before beginning.

4.1 Wall Mounting

5. Operation

The BYECOLD electric fireplace can be operated using the included remote control or the touch screen controls on the unit.

5.1 Powering On/Off

  • Main Power Switch: Locate the main power switch on the side of the fireplace (refer to Image 2.2). Flip it to the 'ON' position to supply power to the unit.
  • Remote/Touch Screen: Press the power button on the remote control or the touch screen panel to turn the fireplace on or off.

5.2 Using the Remote Control

The remote control allows full functionality from a distance. Ensure batteries are correctly installed.

  • Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
  • Temperature Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired temperature setting. The built-in thermostat will maintain the set temperature.
