5.1 Setting the Clock

To set the current time on your timer:

1. Turn the control dial to "SET CLOCK".

3. Press "OK/Manual" to confirm the hour and move to minutes.
4. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the minutes.
5. Press "OK/Manual" to confirm.
6. Press the "ZONE" button to switch to another zone (1-4) and repeat the process for each desired zone.

Step 2: Set How Long (Watering Duration)

1. Turn the control dial to "HOW LONG".
2. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to set the watering duration from 1 minute to 3 hours 59 minutes. Press and hold for quick adjustment.
3. Press "OK/Manual" to confirm.
4. Press the "ZONE" button to switch to another zone (1-4) and repeat the process.

Step 3: Set How Often (Watering Frequency)

1. Turn the control dial to "HOW OFTEN".
2. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to set the frequency: every 1-12 hours, or every 1-7 days.
3. Press "OK/Manual" to confirm.
4. Press the "ZONE" button to switch to another zone (1-4) and repeat the process.
5. Once all settings are complete, turn the control dial to "ON" to activate the automatic watering schedule.

5.3 Manual Watering

The manual watering mode allows for immediate, unscheduled watering without affecting your programmed schedules.

1. Ensure the control dial is set to "ON".
2. Press and hold the "OK/Manual" button for 3 seconds until "MANUAL" appears on the screen.
3. Use the "ZONE" button to select the desired watering zone (1-4) or "BOTH" for all active zones.
4. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to set the manual watering duration (from 1 minute to 8 hours).
5. Press "OK/Manual" to confirm and start manual watering.
6. To stop manual watering, turn the dial to "OFF" or press "OK/Manual" again.

5.4 Rain Delay Function

The rain delay feature allows you to pause your watering schedule for a set period, preventing overwatering during rainy weather.

2. Press and hold the "+/DELAY" button for 3 seconds. The screen will show "DELAY" and the default delay time.
3. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to select the desired delay duration (24, 48, or 72 hours).
4. Press "OK/Manual" to confirm the rain delay. The timer will resume its schedule automatically after the delay period.
5. To cancel rain delay, press and hold "+/DELAY" again for 3 seconds.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Filter

A clogged filter can reduce water flow. Regular cleaning is recommended.

1. Unscrew the timer from the faucet.
2. Locate the filter screen inside the brass inlet.
3. Carefully remove the filter screen.
4. Rinse the filter under running water to remove any debris. For stubborn clogs, use a small brush.
5. Reinsert the clean filter screen and reattach the timer to the faucet.

6.2 Battery Replacement

When the low power indicator flashes on the display, it's time to replace the batteries. This ensures continuous operation and prevents unexpected valve closures.
