Setup

Charging the Devices

Before initial use, it is recommended to fully charge both the keyboard and the mouse using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the USB-C end to the device and the USB-A end to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).

Connectivity Options

Both the keyboard and mouse support three types of connections: 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth 5.3, and Type-C wired connection.

Keyboard Connection

1. Wired Mode: Connect the USB-C cable directly from the keyboard to your computer. The keyboard will automatically switch to wired mode.
2. 2.4G Wireless Mode: Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. Switch the mode selector on the keyboard to '2.4G'. The keyboard should connect automatically.
3. Bluetooth Mode: Switch the mode selector on the keyboard to 'BT'. The keyboard will enter pairing mode. On your device (computer, smartphone, tablet), search for Bluetooth devices and select 'LOFREE DOT Keyboard' to pair.

Mouse Connection

1. 2.4G Wireless Mode: Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. Switch the mode selector on the mouse to '2.4G'. The mouse should connect automatically.
2. Bluetooth Mode: Switch the mode selector on the mouse to 'BT'. The mouse will enter pairing mode. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select 'LOFREE Milk Tea Mouse' to pair. The mouse can connect to two devices simultaneously via Bluetooth.

Keyboard Functions

• Backlight Control: The keyboard features 7 white backlight effects. Use specific key combinations (refer to the keyboard's function key legends or a quick start guide if provided separately) to adjust backlight modes, frequency, and brightness.

• Hot-swappable Switches: The keyboard's switches can be replaced without soldering. Use the provided keycap puller to remove keycaps and a switch puller (not included, but commonly available) to remove switches. This allows for customization of typing feel.

Mouse Functions

• DPI Adjustment: The Milk Tea Mouse has 5 adjustable DPI levels. Press the DPI button (usually located near the scroll wheel) to cycle through the available settings (e.g., 800, 1600, 2400, 3600 DPI) to match your preference for cursor speed.

Maintenance
