1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure you get the most out of your new chair. 2. Package Contents

Before assembly, please verify that all components are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.

2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled star base.

3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the chair mechanism with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Ensure they are firmly attached.

5. Connect Backrest to Seat: Attach the backrest assembly to the seat cushion using the remaining screws. Make sure the backrest is properly aligned and secured.
6. Install Headrest: Slide the headrest into the top slot of the backrest. Adjust its height and angle as desired.

7. Place Seat Assembly onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.

4. Operating Instructions and Adjustments

The Ticova Ergonomic Office Chair offers multiple adjustment options to customize your seating experience for optimal comfort and support.

4.1. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While holding the lever, stand up to raise the seat or remain seated and apply pressure to lower it. Release the lever to lock the height.

4.2. Lumbar Support Adjustment

The lumbar support can be adjusted both vertically and in depth to perfectly fit the curve of your spine.

• Height Adjustment: Locate the knob on the back of the chair's lumbar support. Rotate it to move the lumbar support up or down by 1.6 inches.
• Depth Adjustment: The lumbar support can also be adjusted forward and backward by 1.4 inches to provide the desired level of support.

4.3. Headrest Adjustment

The large curved foam headrest provides comprehensive neck and head support.

• Height Adjustment: The headrest can be adjusted vertically by 5.1 inches. Gently pull or push the headrest to the desired height.

4.4. Armrest Adjustment

The 3D adjustable armrests offer multiple positions for personalized comfort.

• Height Adjustment: Press the button on the side of the armrest and move it up or down to adjust the height by 2.8 inches. Release the button to lock.
• Angle Adjustment: The armrests can pivot up to 40° inwards or outwards.
• Forward & Backward Adjustment: Slide the armrest pads forward or backward by 2.4 inches.

4.5. Tilting and Rocking Function

The chair features a tilting function up to 130° and adjustable rocking resilience.

• Tilt Lock/Unlock: Pull the lever on the left side of the seat outwards to unlock the tilt function, allowing the chair to rock. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.
• Rocking Tension: Rotate the round knob located under the seat (at the front of the mechanism) to adjust the tension of the rocking motion. Turn clockwise for tighter tension (less rocking) and counter-clockwise for looser tension (more rocking).

5. Maintenance
