Product Overview

Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB charging cable to the Type-C port on the case and to a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes about 1 hour for the case.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure both earbuds are charged and taken out of the charging case.
2. Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
4. Search for available devices and select "AWEI T88" from the list.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

Automatic Reconnection: After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the charging case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

3. Single Earbud Mode

You can use either the left or right earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used later.

Maintenance

• Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX6 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to strong jets of water. They are suitable for use during workouts or in light rain. Do not submerge the earbuds in water or expose them to saltwater, chlorinated water, or other liquids. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing or connecting:

- Ensure both earbuds are charged and taken out of the charging case.

- Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.

- Delete "AWEI T88" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.

- If only one earbud connects, try placing both back in the case, closing the lid for 5 seconds, then opening it again.

No sound from earbuds:

- Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.

- Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.

- Try playing audio from a different application or source.

Charging case not charging:

- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.

- Try a different USB cable or power adapter.

- Clean the charging port on the case for any debris.

Connection drops frequently:

- Ensure there are no significant obstacles between the earbuds and your device.

- Keep the earbuds within the 33-foot (10m) Bluetooth range.

- Avoid strong electromagnetic interference from other devices.
