  • Clean the screen and body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners.
  • Protect the screen from scratches using a screen protector and the provided case.

Software Updates

Periodically check for software updates to ensure optimal performance and security. Go to Settings > System > System update.

If you encounter issues with your BLU G44, refer to the following common solutions:

Phone is Slow or Unresponsive

  • Restart the device: A simple restart can resolve many temporary software glitches.

Camera Focus Issues

  • Clean the lens: Gently wipe the camera lens with a soft, lint-free cloth.
  • Ensure adequate lighting: Poor lighting can affect autofocus performance.
  • Tap to focus: Tap on the screen where you want the camera to focus.
  • Restart camera app: Close and reopen the camera application.

Microphone Not Working / Call Quality Issues

  • Check for obstructions: Ensure the microphone port (usually at the bottom of the phone) is not blocked by a case or debris.
  • Test in safe mode: Restart your phone in safe mode to check if a third-party app is interfering.
  • Software issue: Perform a software update or a factory reset as a last resort (back up data first).

Notifications Not Appearing

  • Check app notification settings: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps, select the app, and verify notification permissions.
