4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to install your PC components into the Pure Base 501 Airflow Window case.
4.1. Preparing the Case
- Place the case on a stable, flat surface.
- Remove the tempered glass side panel by unscrewing the thumb screws at the rear and carefully pulling the panel away.
- Remove the solid steel side panel (opposite side) by unscrewing the thumb screws and sliding it backward.
- The front mesh panel can be removed by pulling it from the bottom edge to access front fan mounts.
- The top panel can be removed to access top fan/radiator mounts.

4.2. Motherboard Installation
- Ensure the correct standoffs are installed for your motherboard form factor (ATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX). The case comes with pre-installed standoffs for ATX.
- Install the I/O shield into the rear opening of the case.
- Carefully place your motherboard onto the standoffs, aligning the screw holes.
