Setup and Installation
This vanity is largely pre-assembled. However, some steps are required for proper installation.
Before You Begin:
- Inspect all components for damage before installation.
- Ensure you have all necessary tools (e.g., level, screwdriver, wrench, sealant).
- Turn off the water supply to the installation area.
Installation Steps:
- Position the Vanity: Carefully move the vanity to its desired location. Utilize the oversized back opening for plumbing access.
- Level the Vanity: Adjust the leveling feet at the base of the vanity to ensure it is stable and level on the floor. Use a level to verify.
- Install Faucet and Drain: Install your chosen faucet and drain assembly (not included) into the pre-drilled holes on the countertop. Ensure all connections are watertight.
- Connect Plumbing: Connect the water supply lines and drain trap to the faucet and sink. Hand-tighten connections, then use a wrench for a final quarter-turn. Check for leaks.
- Install Backsplash: Apply a bead of silicone sealant along the back edge of the countertop where the backsplash will sit. Carefully place the backsplash panel onto the sealant and press firmly. Wipe away any excess sealant.
- Install Adjustable Shelf: Insert the shelf support brackets into the desired holes inside the cabinet. Place the adjustable shelf onto the brackets.
- Final Checks: Turn on the water supply and check for any leaks. Ensure all doors and drawers open and close smoothly.

Operation
The OVE Decors Bailey vanity is designed for ease of use and efficient storage.
Cabinet Doors:
The two cabinet doors are equipped with soft-closing hinges. To open, gently pull the handles. To close, push the doors until they are nearly shut; the soft-close mechanism will engage to prevent slamming.

Tilt-Down Drawer:
The top drawer features a tilt-down mechanism, ideal for storing smaller items. Gently pull the handle to tilt the drawer open. Push it back into place to close.

Adjustable Shelf:
The interior shelf can be adjusted to different heights to accommodate various item sizes. To adjust, remove the shelf, reposition the support brackets to the desired holes, and then place the shelf back on the brackets.

Engineered Quartz Countertop:

Wood Cabinet:

- Avoid Moisture: Do not allow water to sit on wood surfaces for extended periods.
- Hardware: The metal hardware features a protective technology. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Troubleshooting
