4. Setup

4.1. Assembly

  1. Place the host unit on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Connect the handle wire to the designated port on the host unit. Ensure a secure connection.

4.2. Power Connection

  1. Insert the power plug into the power input port on the host unit.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet (AC110V-AC220V).

4.3. Attaching Massage Heads

  1. Select the appropriate massage head for your desired treatment area.
  2. Gently twist or push the chosen massage head onto the end of the handle until it is firmly attached.
  3. For comfort and hygiene, you may place a silicone cover over the massage head.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Basic Operation

  1. Press the power button on the host unit to turn on the device. The LCD display will illuminate.
  2. The display will show various settings and options. Use the control buttons to navigate the menu.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

  • Always turn off and unplug the device before cleaning.
  • Wipe the host unit and handle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • Clean massage heads and silicone covers with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before storage.

6.2. Storage

  • Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Keep all components, especially the massage heads and handle, in their designated storage areas or original packaging to prevent damage.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Device Not Turning On: Ensure the power plug is securely connected to both the device and the electrical outlet. Check if the outlet is functional.
  • Device Overheating: If the machine becomes excessively hot during operation, it will automatically shut down. This is a normal protective feature. Allow the device to cool down completely before attempting to use it again. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  • No Shockwave Output: Verify that the handle is properly connected to the host unit and that a massage head is securely attached. Check the intensity settings on the display.
  • Unusual Noises or Odors: Immediately turn off and unplug the device. Do not attempt to operate it. Contact customer support for assistance.
