3.2 General Installation Steps
- Prepare the Vehicle: Turn off the vehicle's ignition and disconnect the negative terminal of the car battery to prevent electrical shorts.
- Remove Original Radio: Carefully pry off the trim panels surrounding the original car radio. Use appropriate tools to avoid damaging the dashboard. Once the trim is removed, unscrew and detach the original radio unit.
- Connect Wiring Harnesses: The Leadfan unit comes with plug-and-play harnesses. Connect these to the corresponding ports from your vehicle's wiring. Ensure all connections are secure.
