3. Setup and Installation

3.2 General Installation Steps

1. Prepare the Vehicle: Turn off the vehicle's ignition and disconnect the negative terminal of the car battery to prevent electrical shorts.
2. Remove Original Radio: Carefully pry off the trim panels surrounding the original car radio. Use appropriate tools to avoid damaging the dashboard. Once the trim is removed, unscrew and detach the original radio unit.
3. Connect Wiring Harnesses: The Leadfan unit comes with plug-and-play harnesses. Connect these to the corresponding ports from your vehicle's wiring. Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Connect Peripherals: Attach the GPS antenna, USB cables, and RCA cables as needed.
5. Install Backup Camera (Optional): If installing the backup camera, route the camera cable from the rear of the vehicle to the head unit. Connect the camera's power wire to the car's reversing light positive and the ground wire to the reversing light negative. Connect the video signal cable to the 'Reverse Input' on the head unit.

4.2 GPS Navigation & WiFi
