Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the PU leather material, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these may damage the finish. Allow the wallet to air dry completely before use.
Battery Care
To maintain optimal battery life, charge the wallet regularly, especially if it has not been used for an extended period. Avoid exposing the wallet to extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Wallet not connecting to Find My: Ensure the wallet is charged and turned on. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone and the 'Find My' app has necessary permissions. Try restarting both your iPhone and the wallet.
- Cards feel loose or fall out: The wallet is designed to hold 1-4 cards securely. If you are only carrying one or two cards, ensure they are positioned correctly within the card clip. If cards consistently fall out, ensure the internal card clip is not damaged.
- Wallet not charging: Ensure your wireless charger is functional and the wallet is placed correctly on the charging surface. Check for any obstructions between the wallet and the charger.
- Wallet not turning on or responding: If the wallet becomes unresponsive, try performing a factory reset. Short press the power button 4 times, then long press the power button until you hear a BEEP. This indicates the factory reset has been completed.
