Setup Guide

1. Charging the Smart Watch

Before first use, fully charge your AWEI Smart Watch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a compatible power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

• Ensure the charging pins are clean and properly aligned.
• The watch display will indicate charging status.
• A full charge provides 7-9 days of continuous use, depending on usage frequency.

2. Pairing with Your Smartphone

To unlock all features, pair your smartwatch with your iOS or Android smartphone via Bluetooth.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Smart Watch

Regular cleaning helps maintain the watch's appearance and functionality.

• Wipe the screen and body with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Water Resistance (IP67)

• Do NOT use in hot water, saunas, or seawater. Hot water and steam can damage the seals, and saltwater can cause corrosion.

• Clean the sensor on the back of the watch.

Notifications not appearing:

• Check notification permissions for the AWEI Smart Watch app in your phone's settings.
• Ensure Bluetooth connection is stable.
• Verify that notifications are enabled within the AWEI Smart Watch app for specific applications.
• Make sure "Do Not Disturb" mode is not active on either the watch or your phone.
