3. Compatibility Check
Before installation, confirm your vehicle's compatibility. This stereo is designed for Honda Civic models from 2016 to 2021. It is important to check the original car radio's rear connections and the dashboard layout to ensure proper fitment and functionality.
Note: This car stereo does not fit vehicles with a Premium Factory Sound System or OEM Navigation System. It is also not compatible with cars that have a J-B-L sound system.

4. Setup and Installation
Professional installation is recommended. Ensure the vehicle's battery is disconnected before beginning installation to prevent electrical damage.
4.1 Wiring Connections

4.2 Canbus Configuration (if applicable)
If your Honda Civic has a large central control screen, a Canbus decoder is required to retain factory functions. After connecting the Canbus, you may need to configure it through the stereo's settings:
- Access Car settings.
- Go to Factory settings (password: 8888 or 1234 or 000000).
- Select Protocol settings and choose your car model.
- If the backup camera screen appears as a nine-grid black and white screen, set the backup camera in Factory settings > Protocol parameter settings > Reverse video claim/format.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Initial Power-On and System Setup

5.2 Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto
The stereo supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to access phone features, music, navigation, and messaging directly on the car stereo screen.

5.3 GPS Navigation & WiFi
The stereo has a built-in GPS module and supports both offline and online navigation. Offline maps are pre-installed for North America. For online navigation and app downloads, connect the stereo to WiFi.

5.6 Backup Camera Support
The included AHD backup camera (IP68 waterproof with IR night vision) automatically displays the rear view when reversing, aiding in safer parking.
- Ensure the backup camera is correctly installed and connected to the CAM-IN cable.
