- Safe Unplugging: After using the flash drive, ensure that you close any apps related to it and gently unplug the device to prevent any damage to the stored files.

5. Troubleshooting
- Flash Drive Not Recognized (iPhone/iPad): If the flash drive is not recognized, uninstall the "ROSPE" app, restart your phone, and manually download the app again from the App Store.
- Flash Drive Not Recognized (Android): Ensure the OTG function is enabled in your phone's settings. Check the "File Manager" app.
- iCloud Backed-Up Files: If you have previously backed up files on iCloud, you will need to download these files to your phone or iPad first before copying them to the USB flash drive.
- Media from iTunes/Third-Party Apps: Media files downloaded from iTunes or other third-party applications cannot be transferred or viewed due to digital rights management protection.
- File Transfer Issues (Formatting): For small-capacity flash drives, FAT32 is the preferred format. For large-capacity drives, exFAT is recommended. If unable to transfer files, you can convert the format from FAT32 to exFAT by formatting. Remember to save files before formatting to prevent data loss.
- Displayed Capacity Lower Than Stated: The displayed capacity may appear lower than 128GB due to the difference between decimal (1GB=1000MB) and binary (1GB=1024MB) calculation methods used by storage manufacturers and computers.
