3. Setup and Assembly

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

Press the power button on the handle to turn the vacuum on or off.

4.2 Selecting Cleaning Modes

The DREAME H12 Dual offers multiple cleaning modes, typically including:

• Auto Mode: The vacuum intelligently detects mess levels and adjusts suction power and water flow automatically. Ideal for general wet and dry cleaning.
• Suction Mode: For vacuuming liquids or dry debris without dispensing water. Suitable for spills or dry vacuuming carpets.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Self-Cleaning Cycle

After each use, or when prompted by the device, initiate the self-cleaning cycle:

1. Place the vacuum on its charging base.
2. Ensure the clean water tank has sufficient water.
3. Press the self-cleaning button. The device will automatically rinse the brush roller and internal pathways.
4. Upon completion, the hot air drying process will begin, drying the brush roller within approximately 30 minutes.

5.2 Emptying and Cleaning the Used Water Tank

Empty the used water tank after each cleaning session. Remove the tank, open it, dispose of the dirty water, and rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water. Ensure the filter inside the tank is also cleaned.

5.3 Cleaning the Brush Roller

Even with self-cleaning, occasional manual cleaning of the brush roller may be necessary, especially if hair entanglement occurs.

1. Turn off the vacuum and remove it from the charging base.
2. Press the brush roller release button and remove the brush roller.
3. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any tangled hair or debris. Rinse the brush roller under running water if needed and allow it to air dry completely before reinstallation.

5.4 Cleaning the HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly to maintain optimal suction performance. Remove the filter, tap out any dust, and rinse it under running water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
