Storage
If storing your motorcycle or the audio system for an extended period, ensure the system is clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your GoHawk TR4-Titan system, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power to the system. | Loose power connection, blown fuse, low battery voltage. | Check power cable connections to the battery. Verify the 12V power source. Inspect and replace any blown fuses. Ensure the motorcycle battery has sufficient charge. |
| No sound from speakers. | Incorrect speaker wiring, volume too low, incorrect input mode selected. | Check all speaker connections to the amplifier. Increase the volume using the wired control. Ensure the correct audio input mode (Bluetooth, FM, USB, AUX) is selected. |
| Bluetooth not connecting. | Device too far, system not in pairing mode, interference. | Ensure your device is within 15 meters of the system. Restart both the system and your Bluetooth device. Clear previous Bluetooth pairings on your device and try again. |
| Poor FM radio reception. | Antenna not connected, weak signal area, interference. | Ensure both external antennas are securely connected. Try moving to an area with a stronger FM signal. |
