1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Ezebaby 4-in-1 Baby High Chair. This versatile product is designed to adapt to your child's growth, functioning as a traditional high chair, a booster seat, and a play area. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure safe and proper operation.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

  • This high chair is intended for children able to sit up unaided and up to 36 months of age, or a maximum weight of 15 kg (33 lbs).
  • Always use the restraint system. Ensure the child is securely fastened in the harness.
  • Never leave the child unattended.
  • Do not use the high chair in motor vehicles.
  • To prevent serious injury from falling or sliding out, always secure the child in the restraint.
  • Ensure all locking devices are engaged before use.
  • Keep children away from the product during assembly and disassembly.
  • Do not use the product if any parts are broken, torn, or missing.
  • For booster seat use, ensure the adult chair backrest is at least 21.3 inches (54 cm) high, 19.3 inches (49 cm) wide, and 15.4 inches (39 cm) deep. Securely attach the booster to a stable adult chair using the provided straps.

4. Setup and Assembly

The Ezebaby High Chair comes partially assembled. Follow these general steps for initial setup:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify all components are present and undamaged.
  2. Unfold the Frame: Release any locking mechanisms and unfold the main high chair frame until it clicks into place, ensuring it is stable.
  3. Attach Wheels: If not pre-attached, insert the 360° universal wheels into the designated slots on the base of the high chair legs. Ensure they are securely locked.
  4. Install Seat and Tray: Attach the seat unit to the frame. Slide the double-layer tray onto the front of the seat until it locks.
  5. Attach Play Bar: Secure the play bar to the designated attachment points on the high chair.
  6. Final Check: Before placing your child in the high chair, ensure all parts are securely fastened, and the chair is stable.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Adjusting Height

To adjust the high chair's height, locate the height adjustment buttons on the side of the legs. Press the buttons and slide the chair up or down to one of the seven desired positions. Release the buttons to lock the chair in place. Ensure both sides are adjusted to the same height.

5.2 Adjusting Recline Angle

To change the backrest recline, locate the recline adjustment lever or buttons on the back of the seat. Press the lever/buttons and gently push or pull the backrest to one of the three available angles. Release to lock the position.

5.3 Tray Adjustment and Removal

The double-layer tray can be adjusted forward or backward to accommodate your child. Locate the release levers or buttons under the tray on both sides. Press them and slide the tray to the desired position. To remove the tray for cleaning, press the release levers/buttons and pull the tray completely off.

5.4 Using the Play Bar

The play bar can be attached to the high chair to provide entertainment. Simply align the ends of the play bar with the designated slots on the high chair frame and push until it clicks into place. To remove, press the release buttons on the play bar attachments and lift it off.

5.5 Converting to Booster Seat

To use the product as a booster seat, detach the main seat unit from the high chair frame. Secure the booster seat to a stable adult dining chair using the provided straps. Ensure the straps are tightly fastened around the adult chair's backrest and underneath the seat. Refer to the safety information for minimum adult chair dimensions.

5.6 Using Wheels and Brakes

To move the high chair, ensure all wheel brakes are disengaged. To lock the high chair in place, push down on the brake levers located on each wheel until they click. Always engage the brakes when the high chair is stationary or when placing/removing your child.

6. Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning the Tray: The double-layer tray is dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, wash with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  • Cleaning the Seat Cushion: The PU leather pillow can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth or paper towel. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
  • Hand wiping a spill off the high chair tray with a paper towel.

  • Frame Cleaning: Wipe the high chair frame with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: When not in use, fold the high chair for compact storage in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
  • Regular Checks: Periodically inspect all parts for wear, damage, or loose fasteners. Tighten any loose screws and replace damaged parts immediately.

7. Troubleshooting

  • High Chair is unstable: Ensure all legs are fully extended and locked into place. Check that the height adjustment on both sides is even.
  • Wheels not moving freely: Check if the wheel brakes are engaged. Disengage them by flipping the brake levers up. Clean any debris from the wheels.
  • Tray not attaching securely: Ensure the tray is aligned correctly with the grooves on the high chair arms and pushed in until it clicks into place on both sides.
  • Recline mechanism stuck: Ensure no fabric or debris is obstructing the recline mechanism. Apply gentle pressure while pressing the adjustment lever.
