2. Key Features
- Dual-Side Balanced Feeding: The feeder is designed with a dual-side balanced feeding system to distribute pet food evenly into two bowls, promoting a peaceful dining environment for multiple pets.
- Food Freshness: The food container features a desiccant bag and a sealing strip within the lid to maintain food freshness and prevent moisture. A sealed door closes after each meal to protect food from external elements.
- Programmable Feeding: The feeder has a 3-liter (approximately 12 cups) capacity. It can be programmed for 1 to 6 feedings per day, with each feeding consisting of 1 to 12 servings (1 serving ≈ 10 ml ≈ 1/12 cup). This allows for controlled portioning to support pet health.
- Dual Power Options: The feeder operates using a 5V USB adapter. For uninterrupted operation during power outages, three D-cell batteries (not included) can be installed as a backup power source. A set of batteries can provide power for up to 200 days.

4. Setup
4.1 Assembly
- Place the main feeder unit on a stable, flat surface.
- Attach the bowl holder base to the main unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Insert the two stainless steel bowls into the designated slots on the base.
- Place the food container onto the main unit. Align the internal rotating mechanism correctly for a flush fit.
- Fill the food container with dry pet food. Ensure kibble size is between 0.07-0.6 inches (2-15mm) to prevent clogging.
- Secure the lid onto the food container, ensuring the desiccant bag is properly placed in its compartment.

4.2 Power Options
Connect the 5V USB adapter to the feeder and a power outlet. For backup power, install three D-cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located at the bottom of the unit. The feeder will automatically switch to battery power during an outage.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Setting Time and Timing Plan
Use the control panel buttons (Menu, Plus, Minus, Return) to navigate the settings. Press and hold the Menu button to enter the settings menu. Use Plus/Minus to select 'Set Time' or 'Timing Plan'. Follow the on-screen prompts to adjust the current time and set up to 6 daily feeding times with desired portion sizes (1-12 servings).
5.2 Manual Feeding
To dispense a single portion of food immediately, press and hold the 'Plus' button on the control panel. The feeder will dispense one serving into each bowl.

5.3 Voice Recording
Access the 'Recorded AT' option in the settings menu to record a 10-second voice message. This message will play during each scheduled feeding to alert your pets.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
The feeder features a detachable design for thorough cleaning. Remove the food container, lid, and stainless steel bowls. Wash these components with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling. The main unit can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

6.2 Desiccant Bag Replacement
The desiccant bag in the lid helps keep food fresh. Replace the desiccant bag every two weeks to ensure optimal freshness and moisture prevention.

7. Troubleshooting
- Food does not come out:
- Ensure dry food size is between 0.19-0.59 inches (5-15mm) in diameter.
- Remove the food tank to check if the tank base is properly installed.
- Check if the food is stuck or the food outlet is blocked.
- Verify the pet feeder is properly connected to a powered electrical outlet or if backup batteries are installed during an outage.
- Cat attempts to shake feeder for more food: The dispenser mechanism is fully enclosed to prevent pets from accessing additional food by shaking the unit.
- Battery power only: The feeder is designed to use batteries as a backup power source during outages. It is not recommended to use batteries as the sole power source to avoid sudden feeding interruptions.
- Clock runs too fast/LED screen burn-in: If experiencing issues with time accuracy or screen display, ensure the unit is receiving stable power. Consider a factory reset if problems persist.
