1. Introduction
The Creality Extra Risers are designed to increase the working height of your laser engraver, allowing you to engrave larger or thicker objects. This set includes 12 individual risers, each adding 50mm (2 inches) of height. They are constructed from durable metal to ensure stability and longevity.
2. Product Components
The package contains the following components:
- 12 x Extra Risers (50mm / 2 inch height each)
Each riser features an M6 (5mm) screw for secure attachment.

3. Compatibility
These extra risers are compatible with Creality Falcon and Falcon A1 series laser engravers. They are also suitable for other laser engraving machines that utilize M6 standard feet.
4. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to install the extra risers:
- Ensure your laser engraver is powered off and disconnected from the power source.
- Carefully lift the laser engraver to access its feet.
- Unscrew the existing feet from the laser engraver.
- Screw the M6 end of an extra riser into the base of the laser engraver where the original foot was attached.
- If additional height is required, screw another riser onto the top of the previously installed riser. Repeat this process until the desired height is achieved.
- Ensure all risers are securely tightened and the engraver is stable before operation.

5. Operating Guidelines
The extra risers allow you to increase the clearance beneath your laser engraver, enabling the engraving of taller items or the use of accessories like rotary rollers.
Usage with Rotary Roller
When using a rotary roller for engraving cylindrical objects, the risers provide the necessary space for the roller and the object being engraved.

Applicable Works Based on Riser Quantity
The number of risers required depends on the object being engraved and whether a rotary accessory is used.

6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and proper function of your risers:
- Regularly inspect the risers for any signs of wear or damage.
- Clean the risers with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the M6 screws remain tight to maintain stability during operation.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with the risers, consider the following:
- Instability: Ensure all risers are fully screwed in and tightened. Check that the engraver's feet are evenly placed on the risers.
- Compatibility: Verify that your laser engraver uses M6 standard feet if it is not a Creality Falcon or Falcon A1 series model.
- Damaged Risers: If a riser is bent or stripped, replace it immediately to prevent accidents.
