Product Overview

The CITLLA K9100 is a full-size wireless Bluetooth keyboard designed for multi-device compatibility, featuring a comfortable wrist rest, 3-level adjustable backlighting, and a numeric keypad. It is rechargeable and built with quiet scissor-switch keys for an enhanced typing experience.

Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the keyboard. Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the keyboard's Type-C port and a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The keyboard can be used while charging.

2. Power On

Locate the On/Off switch on the right side of the keyboard and slide it to the 'On' position.

3. Connection Methods

The K9100 keyboard supports three wireless signal channels:

1. 2.4G USB Receiver Mode:

   Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. The keyboard will automatically connect. This is typically Channel 1.

2. Bluetooth 1 Mode:

   Press and hold the Bluetooth 1 key (often labeled with a Bluetooth icon or '1') for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode. On your device (laptop, iPad, MacBook), go to Bluetooth settings and select "BT Keyboard" to connect.
3. Bluetooth 2 Mode:

   Similar to Bluetooth 1, press and hold the Bluetooth 2 key (often labeled with a Bluetooth icon or '2') for 3-5 seconds. Connect to "BT Keyboard" from your second device's Bluetooth settings.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Keyboard Height

The keyboard features a 3-level foldable stand on its underside. Gently pull out the stands to adjust the typing angle to your preferred comfort level (0°, 4.5°, or 8.3°).

Backlight Control

The keyboard's LED backlighting can be adjusted. Use the dedicated backlight control keys (often indicated by a sun icon) to cycle through different brightness levels or to turn the backlight on/off.

Function Keys Overview

The keyboard includes a range of function keys (F1-F12) that perform various tasks, often in combination with the 'Fn' key. Refer to the table below for common functions:

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the keyboard surface. For deeper cleaning, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the key switches or internal components.
• Storage: Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the keyboard frequently. Charge it when the low battery indicator appears.
• Avoid Liquids: Do not expose the keyboard to water or other liquids, as this can cause internal damage.

Troubleshooting

Keyboard not connecting:

• Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
• Check if the correct connection mode (2.4G, Bluetooth 1, Bluetooth 2) is selected and in pairing mode.
• Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device and "BT Keyboard" is selected.
• Recharge the keyboard battery.
• Try restarting both the keyboard and your device.

Keys not responding or sticking:

• Ensure the keyboard is fully charged.
• Clean around the affected keys to remove any debris.
• If using 2.4G, try plugging the USB receiver into a different port.
• If using Bluetooth, try re-pairing the keyboard.

Backlight not working:

• Ensure the keyboard is powered on and has sufficient battery.
• Press the backlight control keys to cycle through brightness levels or turn it on.

Keyboard goes to sleep too quickly:

The keyboard enters sleep mode to conserve battery. Press any key to wake it up. Note that the first keystroke might not register as it wakes from sleep.
