3. Assembly Instructions
Refer to the included Assembly Guide for detailed, step-by-step instructions and diagrams. The following is a general overview:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Assemble Bases: Attach the H-shaped bases to the main vertical supports using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Install Adjustable Uprights: Insert the adjustable uprights into the main vertical supports.
- Attach Bar Holders and Safety Arms: Secure the upper bar holders and the adjustable safety arms to the uprights using the locking pins and adjustment knobs.
- Install Weight Plate Storage: Attach the weight plate storage pegs to the lower section of the stand.
- Final Inspection: Double-check all bolts, nuts, and pins to ensure they are fully tightened and secured.

4. Operating Instructions
Adjusting Height
The Yaheetech Squat Rack offers flexible height adjustments for various exercises and user heights:
- Upper Bar Holders: These can be adjusted to 14 different height levels, ranging from approximately 135.5 cm to 190.5 cm. To adjust, pull out the locking pin, slide the holder to the desired height, and re-insert the pin securely.
- Safety Support Arms: These arms can be adjusted to 6 different levels, providing a safety catch for exercises like bench presses and squats. To adjust, pull out the locking pin, slide the arm to the desired height, and re-insert the pin securely.

Performing Exercises
This versatile squat rack supports a variety of strength training exercises:
- Squats: Adjust the upper bar holders to a height that allows you to comfortably unrack and re-rack the barbell. Position the safety arms slightly below your lowest squat point for security.
- Bench Press: Use with a weight bench. Adjust the upper bar holders to a height suitable for unracking the barbell from a lying position. Set the safety arms to catch the barbell if you fail a lift.
- Military Press: Adjust the upper bar holders to a height that allows you to unrack the barbell at shoulder level for overhead presses.
- Dips: The safety support arms can be used as dip bars. Ensure they are securely locked at an appropriate height.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your squat rack:
