2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the hot plate from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the hot plate on a dry, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance. Do not place it near flammable materials.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 110-120V electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded.
- Initial Burn-in: Before first use, it is recommended to turn on the appliance to its highest setting for 3-5 minutes in a well-ventilated area without any cookware. This will burn off any protective coating and eliminate initial odors or smoke. This is normal and no cause for concern.
5. Operating Instructions
- Placing Cookware: Place your desired cookware (pot or pan) directly onto the heating element.
- Power On: Turn the corresponding control knob for the desired cooking zone to your preferred temperature setting (from 1 to 11).
- Indicator Light: The red indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the burner is heating up.
- Temperature Adjustment: Adjust the knob to increase or decrease the heat as needed for your cooking task. The indicator light may cycle on and off during operation as the thermostat regulates the temperature.
- Power Off: Once cooking is complete, turn the control knob back to the "OFF" position. The indicator light will turn off.

- Do Not Immerse: Never immerse the hot plate in water or any other liquid.
