Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Onlyone Water Dental Flosser. This device is designed to provide effective oral hygiene by using a pressurized stream of water to remove plaque and food debris from between teeth and below the gumline. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

Important Safety Information

WARNING: Read all instructions before using this product.

  • Use only a 5V/1A charger for safe charging. Avoid third-party chargers that exceed voltage or current limits.
  • Charge the device in a cool, dry place away from heat sources (e.g., stoves, heaters, direct sunlight). Do not overcharge or charge for extended periods.
  • Plug and unplug the charging cable gently. Avoid bending or twisting the cable excessively. If the charging port is loose or damaged, stop use immediately.
  • Ensure the charging port is completely dry with the waterproof cover securely closed before charging.
  • Make sure to firmly insert the nozzle (completely covering the sealing rubber ring) to prevent water leakage.
  • This product is intended for oral cleaning only. Do not use for any other purpose.
  • Do not immerse the main unit in water for prolonged periods, despite its IPX7 rating.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Consult your dentist before use if you have had oral surgery or have severe periodontal disease.

Setup and First Use

  1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the water flosser.
    • Open the charging port cover.
    • Connect the USB charging cable to the device and a 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included).
    • The charging indicator light will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides up to 30 days of use.
    • Ensure the charging port is dry before charging and close the cover securely after charging.

  2. Attach a Jet Tip:
    • Select the desired jet tip (e.g., Standard, Periodontal, Orthodontic, Tongue Cleaner).
    • Insert the tip into the hole on the top of the flosser handle until it clicks into place. Ensure it is firmly seated to prevent leakage.
  3. Fill the Water Tank:
    • Open the water tank cap on the back of the device.
    • Fill the 300ml tank with lukewarm water. Close the cap securely.
    • Alternatively, the tank can be detached for easier filling and cleaning.

Operating Instructions

  1. Positioning: Lean over a sink and place the jet tip into your mouth, aiming the tip at the gumline at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Power On and Select Mode: Press the power button to turn on the device. Press the mode button to cycle through the 4 pressure settings:
    • Low (Soft): For sensitive teeth and first-time users.
    • Medium: For daily cleansing.
    • High: For thorough teeth cleaning.
    • Pulse: For gentle gum massage and improved circulation.
    The device has a memory function and will start in the last used mode.

  3. Flossing Technique:
    • Keep your mouth slightly open to allow water to flow into the sink.
    • Start with your back teeth and work your way forward. Glide the tip along the gumline, pausing briefly between teeth.
    • Clean both the inside and outside surfaces of your teeth.
    • The nozzle can rotate 360° for easy access to all areas of the mouth.

  4. Power Off: Press the power button again to turn off the device when finished.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Water Tank:

  • After each use, empty any remaining water from the tank.
  • The tank can be detached from the main unit for thorough cleaning. Wash with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly.
  • Allow the tank to air dry before reattaching.

Cleaning the Jet Tips:

  • Remove the jet tip from the handle.
  • Rinse the tip under running water.
  • For deeper cleaning, soak tips in a solution of 2 parts water to 1 part white vinegar for 5-10 minutes, then rinse.
  • Replace jet tips every 3 months or sooner if they show signs of wear.

Cleaning the Main Unit:

  • Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
  • Ensure the charging port cover is closed when cleaning the main unit.
