3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Power Bank

Before initial use, fully charge the provided 77WH power bank using the Type-C charging cable. The power bank features a digital display to show the remaining charge percentage.

3.2 Connecting the Power Bank

  1. Locate the power bank pocket inside the jacket.
  2. Identify the DC 12V output cable inside the pocket.
  3. Connect the DC 12V output cable to the corresponding DC OUT port on the KEMIMOTO power bank. While the power bank also has USB-A and Type-C outputs, the DC port is recommended for optimal heating performance.
  4. Secure the power bank within the designated pocket.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Manual Control

  1. Once the power bank is connected, locate the control button on the inside of the jacket (typically near the left chest area).
  2. Press and hold the button for approximately 2-3 seconds to turn on the heating system. The button will illuminate, usually starting at the High heat setting (Red).
  3. Press the button briefly to cycle through the heat settings: Red (High), Blue (Medium), Green (Low).
  4. To turn off the heating system, press and hold the button for 2-3 seconds until the light turns off.

4.2 App Control

For advanced control and personalized heating, download the KEMIMOTO app on your smartphone. The app allows you to:

  • Independently control different heating zones (collar, sleeves, back, abdomen).
  • Adjust heat levels for each zone.
  • Monitor battery life.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Washing Instructions

  1. Ensure the power bank is disconnected and removed from the jacket pocket.
  2. Close all zippers and fasteners before washing.
  3. Hand wash or machine wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
  4. Hang dry thoroughly. Do not wring or twist the jacket. Ensure it is completely dry before reconnecting the power bank or storing.

5.2 Battery Care

  • Charge the power bank fully before long-term storage.
  • Recharge the power bank every 3-6 months to maintain battery health if not in regular use.
  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
