4. Setup Guide

  1. Placement: Position the projector on a stable, flat surface or mount it on a stand or ceiling. Ensure there are no obstructions to the projection path.
  2. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the projector's power input and then to a power outlet.
  3. Initial Power On: Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn on the device.
  4. Focus and Keystone Adjustment: The projector features auto-focus and 6D auto-keystone correction. Allow the projector a few seconds to automatically adjust the image. If manual adjustment is needed, use the remote control to access the focus and keystone settings.
  5. Screen Size Adjustment: Use the zoom function (100% to 50%) via the remote control to adjust the projection size without moving the projector.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Navigating the Android TV OS

Upon startup, the projector will display the Android TV home screen. Use the remote control's directional pad and OK button to navigate through apps and settings. You can access pre-installed streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video.

5.2 Connecting External Devices

  • HDMI: Connect your PC, game console (Switch, PlayStation), or TV Stick to one of the two HDMI ports. Select the corresponding HDMI input from the projector's source menu.
  • USB: Insert a USB drive into one of the two USB ports to play media files directly.
  • AV: Use the AV port for older devices requiring composite video input.
  • LAN (RJ45): Connect an Ethernet cable for a stable wired internet connection.
  • Audio Out: Use the audio port to connect external wired speakers or sound systems.

5.3 Wireless Connectivity

  • Wi-Fi 6: Go to 'Settings' > 'Network & Internet' to connect to your Wi-Fi network. The projector supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands for fast and stable streaming.
  • Bluetooth 5.2: To connect Bluetooth speakers or headphones, go to 'Settings' > 'Connected Devices' > 'Pair new device'. Ensure your Bluetooth device is in pairing mode. The projector also supports Bluetooth Receiver Mode to stream music from your phone to the projector's speakers.
  • NFC Function: For quick pairing, if your remote control supports NFC, simply tap your NFC-enabled phone to the remote to establish a connection and use your phone as a remote or cast content.

6. Maintenance

The EUG projector features a fully sealed optical core, which effectively prevents dust from entering and causing image quality degradation. This design minimizes the need for frequent internal cleaning.

  • External Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the projector. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry one.
  • Lens Cleaning: Gently clean the projector lens with a lens cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical surfaces. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
  • Ventilation: Ensure the projector's ventilation openings are not blocked to prevent overheating. Keep the projector in a well-ventilated area.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your projector, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
