6. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your SHUWEI Tablet Floor Stand:

1. Attach the Base Support Bar to the Metal Stand Base:

   Insert the screw through the hole in the metal stand base. Align the two calibration cylindricity at the bottom of the base support bar with the recessed holes in the chassis and press firmly. Tighten the screw using the provided wrench to secure the base support bar to the metal stand base.

2. Connect the Angular Operating Lever:

   Insert the angular operating lever into the base support rod and tighten it clockwise until secure. Once mounted, pull the angle operating lever out from underneath and mount it from above.

3. Attach the Device Clamp (Tablet or Phone):

   Unscrew the nut on the back of the chosen device clamp (tablet or phone). Place the nut onto the ball joint at the top of the crossbar, ensuring the larger mouth of the clamp faces outward. Push the ball joint into the slot on the clamp, then tighten the nut to secure the clamp. Use the small screw wrench to adjust and tighten the clamp's angle for a secure position.

4. Attach the Tray:

   If your model includes a tray, attach it to the designated slot on the stand. Ensure it is securely fastened.

7. Operating Instructions

Adjusting Height:

The stand features double self-locking worm gears for easy height adjustment. Simply press the button on the telescopic tube to release the lock, adjust to your desired height (up to 63 inches), and release the button. The mechanism will automatically lock, securing your device in place.

Adjusting Angle and Orientation:

The aluminum folding arm allows for flexible angle adjustments. Press and hold the button marked "PRESS" on the joints of the folding arm to adjust the angle. Release the button to lock the arm in position. The device clamp offers 360° rotation, allowing you to switch between portrait and landscape orientations effortlessly. The clamp can also be tilted back and forth 180°.

Inserting/Removing Devices:

Gently pull apart the elastic clips of the device clamp to widen it. Insert your tablet or phone into the clamp, ensuring it is centered and securely held by the clips. To remove, gently pull the clips apart again and take out your device.

Using the Tray:

The integrated tray provides a convenient space for small items such as a cup, remote control, or other accessories. Ensure items placed on the tray do not exceed its weight capacity or obstruct the stand's movement.

8. Maintenance

9. Troubleshooting

Stand is unstable or tips over:

• Ensure the base is placed on a flat, stable surface.
• Verify that the base support bar is securely tightened to the metal stand base.
• Check that the device's weight does not exceed the maximum load capacity of 11 lbs.
• Ensure the device is centered in the clamp to distribute weight evenly.
• Adjust the arm to a more balanced position, especially if extended far from the base.

Device clamp is loose or not holding device securely:

• Tighten the nut on the back of the device clamp.
• Ensure the small screw wrench adjustment point on the clamp is tightened.
• Verify that your device's size is within the compatible range of 4.7 to 15.6 inches.

Height adjustment mechanism is not locking:

• Ensure the button on the telescopic tube is fully released after adjusting the height.
• Check for any obstructions in the locking mechanism.
