Setup
1. Charging the RC Car Battery
The RC car is equipped with a built-in 3.7V 55mAh LiPo battery. Before first use, fully charge the car battery.
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the RC car.
- Connect the other end of the Type-C cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
- The charging indicator light on the car will show charging status (refer to car's specific LED behavior for full charge indication).
- A full charge typically takes approximately 40 minutes. The car will operate for up to 30 minutes on a full charge.
Caution: Do not use USB-C to USB-C fast chargers, as the car's small battery may not be designed to handle high charging voltages.
2. Installing Remote Control Batteries
The P21SVC remote control requires 4 AAA batteries (not included).
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
3. Pairing the Remote Control and Car
To establish a connection between the remote control and the RC car:
- Ensure both the RC car and the remote control are powered on.
- Locate the BIND pin hole on the RC car.
- Using the provided stainless steel screwdriver or a similar small tool, press and hold the button inside the BIND pin hole.
- The front lights of the vehicle will flash during the pairing process.
- Once successfully paired, the front lights will change from flashing to permanently on.
Important: When powering on, avoid touching the throttle trigger on the remote control to prevent unintended automatic movement of the car.
4. Attaching Replaceable Body Shells
The C65 Drift RC Car comes with two additional unpainted body shells, allowing for customization.
- Gently remove the currently attached body shell by carefully lifting it from the chassis.
- Align the new body shell with the mounting points on the chassis.
- Press down firmly until the shell is securely attached.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Controls
- Steering: Use the steering wheel on the remote control to turn the car left or right. The C65 features full proportional steering for precise control.
- Throttle: Use the trigger on the remote control to move the car forward or backward. Pull the trigger for forward motion, push it for reverse. The car has proportional throttle control.

3. THR-Curve Upgrade
The C65 features an upgraded THR-Curve for refined throttle response:
- The first half (0-50%) of the accelerator range provides a slow, linear speed increase, offering gentle and smooth control.
- The second half (50-100%) of the accelerator range provides a faster speed increase with strong power output, suitable for more dynamic driving and drifting.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain the performance and appearance of your RC car.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the car body and chassis.
- Avoid driving on surfaces with excessive dust or pet hair, as these can accumulate in moving parts. If necessary, the car is designed for easy disassembly for cleaning.
- Do not use water or chemical cleaners directly on electronic components.
2. Battery Care
- Always fully charge the car battery before use.
- Do not overcharge or completely discharge the LiPo battery.
- Store the car and remote control in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Remove AAA batteries from the remote control if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
3. Body Shell Replacement
The removable body shells allow for easy replacement or customization. Handle them gently to avoid damage.
Troubleshooting
Refer to the following common issues and their solutions:
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Car not moving in a straight line | Check if the remote control's ST-TRIM is centered. Adjust ST-TRIM to correct the car's straight-line movement. |
| Automatic forward/backward movement | Align the TH-TRIM arrow on the remote control with the center point while powered on. Then, turn off and restart the remote control. Ensure the throttle trigger is not touched during startup. |
| Car unstable or shaking during operation | Instability may occur due to terrain or high speed. If operating at 100% speed, insufficient grip can cause deviation. Adjust speed or driving surface. |
| Remote control and car not paired (re-code) | With both remote and car powered on, use a tool to press the BIND pin hole on the vehicle. The front lights will flash, then become solid when pairing is successful. |
