Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the massage gun and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the massage gun and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The indicator light will show charging status.

3. Attach Massage Head: Select the desired silicone massage head. Align the base of the massage head with the opening on the front of the massage gun and push firmly until it is securely in place.
   • Spherical Head: Medium intensity, targets large muscle groups (arms, thighs, legs).
   • Multipoint Head: Low intensity, suitable for flat areas like the back and waist.
   • Magnetic Bead Head: High intensity, specialized for joints, trigger points, and meridian therapy.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.
2. Adjust Speed: Once powered on, press the power button briefly to cycle through the three massage intensity levels: Low, Medium, and High.
3. Activate Heat Function: Double-press the power button to activate the heat function. Double-press again to switch between the two heating levels (approximately 100°F and 110°F). The heat function can be used independently or in conjunction with massage.

4. Massage Application: Gently press the massage head against the desired muscle area. Move the massager slowly over the area, applying light to moderate pressure. Do not apply excessive pressure or use on bony areas.
5. Recommended Usage: For optimal results, use for 10-15 minutes per session on each muscle group. Avoid prolonged use on a single area.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Turn off the device and disconnect it from the charger before cleaning. Wipe the exterior of the massage gun with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
• Massage Heads: The silicone massage heads can be removed and rinsed with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
