4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your office chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

Step 1: Attach Casters to the Base

1. Insert each of the five casters (G) into the holes at the end of the star base (F) until they click securely into place.

1. Place the gas lift cylinder (E) into the center hole of the assembled star base (F).

Step 3: Attach Seat Mechanism to Seat Cushion

1. Align the seat mechanism (H) with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion (B). Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
2. Secure the seat mechanism using the appropriate screws from the hardware pack (I) and tighten with the Allen wrench.

Step 4: Attach Armrests to Seat Cushion

1. Attach the armrests (D) to the sides of the seat cushion (B) using the designated screws from the hardware pack (I). Ensure they are oriented correctly (left and right).
2. Tighten all screws firmly.

Step 5: Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift

1. Carefully place the assembled seat cushion (B) with the attached mechanism and armrests onto the gas lift cylinder (E) in the star base (F). Press down firmly to secure.

Step 6: Attach Backrest to Seat Assembly

1. Align the backrest (A) with the mounting plates on the seat mechanism.
2. Secure the backrest using the remaining screws from the hardware pack (I) and tighten with the Allen wrench.

Step 7: Install Headrest

1. Insert the headrest (C) into the designated slots at the top of the backrest (A).
2. Adjust to your desired height and angle.

5. Operating Instructions (Adjustments)

5.1 Seat Height Adjustment

• To raise the seat: While seated, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat mechanism upwards. Lift your weight slightly off the seat. The seat will rise. Release the lever at the desired height.
• To lower the seat: While seated, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat mechanism upwards. Apply your weight to the seat. The seat will lower. Release the lever at the desired height.

5.2 Tilt and Tilt Lock Function

• To recline: Pull the lever on the left side of the seat mechanism outwards to unlock the tilt function. Lean back to recline.
• To lock the tilt: Push the lever on the left side of the seat mechanism inwards at your desired recline angle (90-135°). The chair offers three lockable angles.
• To return to upright position: Unlock the tilt, lean forward, and push the lever inwards.
