1. Unboxing and Components

2. Battery Installation and Charging
Before first use, ensure both batteries are fully charged. Each 21V 2000mAh battery takes 1-2 hours to charge and provides approximately 4 hours of continuous use, capable of over 1000 cuts per charge.
- Insert a fully charged battery into the base of the pruning shears until it clicks securely into place.
- To charge, connect the battery to the provided charger and plug it into a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).

3. Activating the Shears
For safety, the shears require activation before use:
- Install a charged battery.
- Press and hold the power button on the battery for a few seconds until you hear a long beep and the green indicator light turns on.
- Quickly press the trigger twice to activate the blades. The blades will open, indicating they are ready for use.

Operating Instructions
1. Adjustable Cutting Diameter
The cutting diameter can be adjusted between 0.98 inches and 1.4 inches to suit different branch sizes. To adjust, press and hold the trigger until you hear a beep, then release. This will toggle between the two settings.

2. Cutting Branches
Once activated, position the branch between the blades and press the trigger to make a clean cut. The SK5 high-carbon steel blades ensure sharpness and durability.

3. Smart Sleep Mode
The shears will enter a smart sleep mode after one minute of inactivity to conserve battery life. To reactivate, simply press the trigger twice quickly.
Maintenance
1. Blade Sharpening and Replacement
The SK5 high-carbon steel blades are rust-resistant and designed for longevity. Use the provided sharpening stone to maintain blade sharpness. If blades become dull or damaged, use the small wrenches to replace them with the spare set included in your kit.
