2. Safety Information

5. Setup

  4. Install Filters: Place the filters back into their respective compartments, ensuring they are correctly seated. Close the filter covers securely.

6. Operating Instructions

6.4 Sleep Mode

Press the Sleep Mode button to activate. In Sleep Mode, the fan operates at its lowest, quietest setting (22dB), and all display lights are dimmed or turned off to ensure an undisturbed environment.

6.5 Timer Function

Press the Timer button repeatedly to set the desired operating duration (e.g., 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours). The unit will automatically turn off after the set time.

6.6 Child Lock

To activate the Child Lock, press and hold the designated Child Lock button (or a specific combination of buttons as indicated on your unit's control panel) for 3 seconds. This prevents accidental changes to settings. Repeat the action to deactivate.

6.7 Wi-Fi Connectivity and App Control

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air purifier.

7.1 Cleaning the Pre-Filter

  1. Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
  2. Open the filter compartments on both sides and carefully remove the washable pre-filters.
  3. Clean the pre-filters using a soft brush, a vacuum cleaner, or by rinsing them under running water. Ensure all accumulated dust and debris are removed.
  4. Allow the pre-filters to air dry completely before re-installing them. Do not use heat to dry.
  5. Re-install the dry pre-filters into their compartments and close the covers securely.

7.2 Replacing the H14 True HEPA Filter

The H14 True HEPA filter should be replaced approximately every 6-8 months, depending on usage and air quality conditions. The Filter Reset Indicator on the control panel will illuminate when replacement is due.

  1. Unplug the air purifier.
  2. Open the filter compartments and remove the old H14 True HEPA filters. Dispose of them responsibly.
  3. Insert new FRESHDEW H14 True HEPA filters, ensuring correct orientation as indicated on the filters or unit.
  4. Close the filter compartments.
  5. Plug in the unit. To reset the filter indicator, press and hold the Filter Reset button (or indicated combination) for 3-5 seconds until the light turns off.

7.3 Cleaning the Unit Exterior
