Assembly of the tectake® gazebo is designed to be straightforward, utilizing a simple interlocking system. It is recommended to assemble the gazebo on a flat, stable surface.

- Secure Anchoring: For absolute stability, especially in varying weather conditions, attach the 6 tension ropes to the designated points on the gazebo frame. Drive the 12 pegs into the ground through the feet of the gazebo and secure the tension ropes to the ground using the remaining pegs. This reinforced anchoring system is crucial for stability.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the fabric and frame with a mild soap solution and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the materials. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods or during severe weather, disassemble the gazebo and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the fabric is completely dry to prevent mold and mildew.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the frame for any signs of rust or damage. Check the fabric for tears or excessive wear. Replace any damaged components immediately to maintain structural integrity and safety.
8. Troubleshooting
- Gazebo unstable: Ensure all frame connections are fully engaged. Verify that all tension ropes are taut and all 12 pegs are securely driven into the ground. If the ground is soft, consider using larger or additional anchoring methods (e.g., sandbags, weights).
- Water pooling on roof: Ensure the roof cover is taut and properly stretched over the frame. Water pooling can occur if the fabric sags, potentially leading to damage or collapse. Adjust the frame or fabric tension as needed.
- Difficulty with assembly: Refer to the assembly instructions provided. Ensure you have enough space and assistance (at least two people are recommended). Check that all parts are correctly oriented before attempting to connect them.
- Fabric tears or holes: Small tears can often be repaired with a suitable fabric repair kit. For larger damage, replacement parts may be necessary. Contact customer support for availability.
