3. Setup Guide
3.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Choose a suitable location for the all-in-one station. Ensure it is against a wall, on a hard, level surface, with at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front.
- Plug the power cord into the station and then into a wall outlet.
3.2 Preparing the Station
- Open the lid of the all-in-one station.
- Fill the clean water tank (marked with a blue icon) with tap water up to the MAX line.
- Ensure the dirty water tank (marked with a grey icon) is empty and properly seated.
- Place the robot vacuum onto the charging contacts of the station. Ensure it is properly aligned.
The robot vacuum is docked in its all-in-one station, ready for initial charging and setup.
3.3 Initial Charge
For optimal battery performance, fully charge the robot vacuum before its first use. The indicator light on the robot will show charging status.
3.4 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection
- Download the EUREKA app from your smartphone's app store.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot vacuum to your home Wi-Fi network. Note: The robot only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the power button on the robot for a few seconds until the indicator lights illuminate.

5. Maintenance
5.1 All-in-One Station Maintenance
The station automatically handles dust collection, mop washing, and hot air drying, significantly reducing manual maintenance.
The Auto-Dock station manages clean water supply, dirty water collection, automatic dust disposal, and hot air drying for the mop pads.
The station features automatic hot air drying for mops, self-cleaning of mop pads, and automatic dust collection into a sealed bag.

- Dirty Water Tank: Empty and rinse regularly to prevent odors and buildup.
- Dust Bag: Replace the dust bag in the station approximately every 75 days, or when indicated by the app/station.
5.2 Robot Components Maintenance
- Main Brush: Remove the main brush cover and clean any tangled hair or debris from the brush and its bearings.
- Side Brushes: Check for wear and tear. Clean any debris. Replace if bristles are damaged or worn.
- Mop Pads: The station automatically washes and dries them. For deeper cleaning, remove and hand wash or machine wash the mop pads.
- Filter: Tap out dust from the filter regularly. Replace the filter every 3-6 months, depending on usage.
- Sensors: Wipe all sensors (cliff sensors, wall sensors, charging contacts) with a clean, dry cloth to ensure proper function.
The J12 Ultra's main brush is designed to minimize hair entanglement compared to conventional brushes.
