5. Setup

5.1 Initial Setup

1. Power On: Connect the power adapter to the camera and plug it into a power outlet. The camera will power on and initiate its self-check.
2. Download App: Download the official CP PLUS mobile application from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
3. Create Account: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account or log in if you already have one.

5.2 Connecting to Wi-Fi

1. In the app, tap the "Add Device" or "+" icon.
2. Select your camera model (EZ-P31) from the list of devices.
3. Follow the in-app prompts to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera, or entering your Wi-Fi credentials.
4. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the camera may not support 5GHz networks.
5. Once connected, the camera's indicator light will change, and you will receive a confirmation in the app.

5.3 Mounting the Camera

The camera can be placed on a flat surface or mounted on a wall/ceiling.

1. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and is within Wi-Fi range.

3. Attach the camera securely to the mounting bracket.

6. Operating the Camera

6.1 Live View and Recording

Access the live feed of your camera through the CP PLUS app. From the live view screen, you can:

• Manually record video clips to your phone or the installed microSD card.

6.2 Pan and Tilt (360° Coverage)

6.3 Two-Way Talk
