  • Verify the power adapter meets the recommended specifications (3A USB-C).
  • Try a different USB-C cable and/or power adapter.
  • If the speaker was exposed to water, ensure the port is dry before attempting to charge.

Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi:

  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and the router is functioning correctly.
  • Move the Roam 2 closer to your Wi-Fi router.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and the Sonos Roam 2.
  • Confirm you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password in the Sonos app.
  • Check if your router supports 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi, as the Roam 2 supports both.

Bluetooth Pairing Issues:

  • Ensure the Roam 2 is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing blue LED).
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your source device (phone, tablet).
  • Forget the "Sonos Roam 2" from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
  • Move your device closer to the speaker.

No Sound / Low Volume:

  • Increase the volume on both the Sonos Roam 2 and your source device.
  • Ensure the correct input source (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) is selected.
  • If using Wi-Fi, check the Sonos app for any error messages or paused playback.
