Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| No image on screen | Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the monitor is powered on. Check that the video cable (HDMI/DisplayPort) is firmly connected to both the monitor and your computer. Select the correct input source via the OSD menu. |
| Image is blurry or distorted | Check the video cable connection. Ensure the display resolution and refresh rate are correctly set in your computer's display settings. Adjust sharpness in the OSD menu. |
| Screen displays a green tint | This can sometimes occur due to a loose or faulty video cable. Try re-seating the video cable or using a different cable. Power cycle the monitor by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. |
| Cannot achieve 180Hz refresh rate | Verify that your graphics card supports 180Hz at 1920x1080 resolution. Ensure you are using a high-quality HDMI or DisplayPort cable. Check your computer's display settings to set the refresh rate. |
| OSD menu does not appear | Ensure the monitor is powered on. Press the 5-way joystick navigator inward to activate the OSD menu. |
