Setup and Installation
The AIKE dispenser offers two installation methods: adhesive mounting or screw mounting. Choose the method best suited for your wall surface.
Preparation:
- Ensure the wall surface is dry, clean, smooth, and firm (non-peeling) before installation.
- For optimal performance and to prevent accidental dispensing, ensure there is a minimum of 10 inches (25 cm) clearance below the dispenser if mounted above a countertop or other object.

Figure 2: Maintain a 10-inch clearance below the dispenser when installing above a surface.
Adhesive Installation (Drill-Free):
- Clean the desired wall surface thoroughly and let it dry completely.
- Peel off the protective backing from the 3M adhesive pad on the back of the mounting plate.
- Carefully align the mounting plate on the wall.
- Press all tape sections firmly onto the wall, ensuring no air bubbles remain, especially in the top area of the adhesive (refer to Figure 3). This is crucial for a secure hold and to prevent the dispenser from falling.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before mounting the dispenser and filling it with liquid.
- Slide the dispenser onto the mounted plate until it clicks securely into place.

Suitable surfaces for adhesive installation: Marble, Steel, Ceramic, Mirror, Glass.
Screw Installation:
- Mark the desired drilling locations on the wall using the mounting plate as a template.
- Drill holes at the marked locations. Insert wall anchors if necessary.
- Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate screws.
- Slide the dispenser onto the mounted plate until it clicks securely into place.
Suitable surfaces for screw installation: Painted Wall, Wallpaper, Rough Surface, Rustic Tile, Wooden.

- Close the lid securely.
Operating Instructions

- To dispense liquid, simply place your hand or a sponge under the desired nozzle.
- The sensor will detect your presence and automatically dispense a measured amount of liquid.
- Remove your hand or sponge to stop dispensing.
- The dispenser allows for adjustable flow quantity. Refer to the product's specific controls for adjusting the dispensed volume.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Dispenser not working / No liquid dispensed. | Low or dead batteries. No liquid in chamber. Sensor obstructed. Nozzle clogged. | Replace batteries. Refill chambers. Ensure nothing is blocking the sensor. Clean the nozzle. |
| Dispenser falls off wall (adhesive installation). | Surface not dry, clean, smooth, or firm. Adhesive not pressed firmly enough, especially at the top. Insufficient curing time. Overweight contents. | Re-install on a suitable, properly prepared surface. Ensure firm pressure on all adhesive sections during installation. Allow 24 hours for adhesive to cure before use. Consider screw installation for heavier loads or less ideal surfaces. |
| Inconsistent dispensing volume. | Low battery. Liquid viscosity too high/low. Sensor interference. | Replace batteries. Ensure liquid is suitable for automatic dispensers. Ensure no objects are near the sensor during operation. |
