8. Troubleshooting

This section provides solutions to common issues you might encounter.

8.1 Fans Not Spinning / ARGB Not Lighting Up

  • Check Connections: Ensure all fans are properly connected to the built-in fan controller. Verify the controller is connected to a SATA power cable from your PSU and to a fan header/ARGB header on your motherboard (if using motherboard control).
  • LED Button: Press the LED control button on the I/O panel to cycle through lighting modes.
  • Motherboard Software: If connected to the motherboard, ensure your motherboard's ARGB software is installed and configured correctly.

8.2 Poor Airflow / High Temperatures

  • Clean Dust Filters: Regularly clean the magnetic dust filters on the top and bottom of the case.
  • Fan Orientation: Verify that the fans are oriented correctly for optimal airflow (intake and exhaust). The pre-installed fans are set up for efficient bottom-to-top vertical airflow.
  • Cable Management: Ensure cables are neatly managed in the dual chamber to avoid obstructing airflow.

8.3 Front I/O Ports Not Functioning

  • Check Motherboard Connections: Ensure the front panel connectors (USB 3.0, Type-C, HD-Audio, Power, Reset/LED) are securely connected to the correct headers on your motherboard.
  • Driver Installation: For USB 3.0 and Type-C ports, ensure the necessary motherboard drivers are installed.
