1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the proper use and care of your Lecran Digital Camera, Model DC403. Please read these instructions carefully before operating the camera to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The camera is designed for ease of use, featuring a high-performance CMOS sensor and anti-shake function for capturing 44MP photos and Full HD 1080P videos.

2. Package Contents

Verify that all items listed below are included in your package:

Lecran Digital Camera and its included accessories: 32GB SD card, two batteries, lanyard, and camera bag.

3. Setup

3.1. Battery and SD Card Installation

Before first use, ensure the battery is charged and both the battery and Micro SD card are correctly installed.

  1. Locate the battery/SD card compartment door on the bottom of the camera.
  2. Slide the door latch to open the compartment.
  3. Insert the rechargeable battery into the battery slot, ensuring correct polarity.
  4. Insert the Micro SD card into its designated slot with the contacts facing down, pushing until it clicks into place.
  5. Close the compartment door securely.

3.2. Charging the Battery

Connect the camera to the charger adapter using the provided Type-C USB cable. Plug the adapter into a power outlet. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge allows for approximately 180 minutes of video recording.

4. Operating the Camera

4.1. Power On/Off

Press the power button located on the top of the camera to turn it on or off. The LCD screen will display a welcome message upon startup.

4.2. Taking Photos

With the camera powered on and in photo mode, frame your shot using the LCD screen. Press the shutter button firmly to capture a photograph.

4.3. Recording Videos

Switch the camera to video mode. Press the shutter button to start recording. Press it again to stop recording. The camera records in Full HD 1080P resolution.

4.4. Digital Zoom

The camera features 16X digital zoom. Use the 'W' (Wide) and 'T' (Telephoto) buttons on the back of the camera to adjust the zoom level for your shots.

4.5. Anti-Shake Function

The built-in anti-shake function helps to stabilize images and videos, reducing blur caused by camera movement. This feature is particularly useful for handheld shooting.

4.6. Self-Timer

Activate the self-timer function to delay photo capture. Options typically include 2-second, 5-second, and 10-second delays, allowing you to be in the shot.

4.7. Filter Effects

The camera offers 20 different filter effects to enhance your photos. Navigate through the menu to select and apply various creative filters such as Sepia, Black & White, Warm, and Cool tones.

4.8. Fill Light

For low-light conditions, the camera includes a fill light feature. This can be toggled on or off to provide additional illumination for your subjects.

4.9. Playback and File Transfer

You can review your captured photos and videos directly on the camera's LCD screen. To transfer files to a computer, connect the camera using the provided USB cable. The camera will appear as a removable drive, allowing you to copy files.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

Use the provided cleaning cloth to gently wipe the camera lens and LCD screen. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials that could damage the surfaces.

5.2. Storage

When not in use, store the camera in the provided camera bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove the battery if the camera will not be used for an extended period.
