Frequently Asked Questions:
- Q: Does this camera need to be charged prior to first use?
A: Yes, we suggest you fully charge the camera before use. - Q: After putting in the Micro SD card and everything else, it still says card error and what should I do?
A: Please make sure your card is class 10 U1 32GB card, and put it in the slot again. If it still can't work, please contact the seller for help. - Q: The camera freezes up and can't turn off, what can I do next?
A: Please remove the battery, then install the battery again and turn the camera on, format SD card. - Q: What is the best shooting distance?
A: Since this camera is a fixed focus lens and cannot be replaced, the best shooting distance is 3.3 feet away. Please note that this camera cannot autofocus.
Important Battery Safety Tips
For your better experience with this product, please pay attention to the following safety tips.
If the battery pack is mishandled, the battery pack can burst, cause a fire or even chemical burns. Observe the following cautions:
- Do not disassemble.
- Do not crush and do not expose the battery pack to any shock or force such as hammering, dropping or stepping on it.
- Do not short circuit and do not allow metal objects to come into contact with the battery terminals.
- Do not expose to high temperature above 60°C (140°F) such as in direct sunlight or in a car parked in the sun.
- Do not incinerate or dispose of in fire.
- Do not handle damaged or leaking lithium ion batteries.
- Be sure to charge the battery pack using a genuine battery charger or a device that can charge the battery pack.
- Keep the battery pack out of the reach of small children.
- Keep the battery pack dry.
- Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by seller.
- Dispose of used battery packs promptly as described in the instructions.

How to Insert and Remove the Battery
- Open the battery cover.
- Insert the end with electrical contacts until it locks into place.
- Close the battery cover.
- Please push the battery lock lever to remove the battery.

How to Charge the Camera
- Please use the USB cable and charger included in the package to charge the camera.
- When the camera indicator light is red, it means the camera is charging.
- When the camera light goes out, it means the camera is fully charged.
For the first time, please use the camera after fully charged.

How to Insert and Remove Micro SD Card
- Open the battery cover.
- As shown by the illustration, face the card's metal contacts side toward you and insert it until it locks in place.
- Close the battery cover.
Please caution:
- When the Micro SD card is used for the first time, please format it in the camera.
- Please keep pressing the card until the lock lever locks the card. When the card is locked, you will hear a “click” sound.

How to Format a Memory Card
- In the image mode, press the “Menu” button to enter the image mode setting interface.
- Press the "Left" and "Right" keys to find the "Format” option.
- Press “OK” button to confirm formatting.

Introduction to Image Mode Settings
- Press the “Menu” button in the image mode to enter the camera image mode settings.
- After the setting is completed, please press the “Menu” button to exit the image mode settings.

How to Take Image
- Please make sure the camera is in image mode (The camera defaults to image mode when turned on).
- Press the “shutter” button to shoot an image.

How to Play Back and Delete Image
- Press the "Mode” button twice in the image mode to enter camera playback mode.
- Press "Right" or "Left" button to playback image one by one.
- Press "Down" button and select "Yes" to delete image.
- Please press the "Mode” button to exit image playback mode.

How to Record Video
- The camera defaults to image mode when turned on; you need to press the “Mode” button once to enter video mode.
- Press the shutter button to start/stop video recording.

How to Play Back and Delete Recorded Videos
- Press the "Mode" button once in the video mode to enter camera playback mode.
- Press “Right” or “Left” button to select video.
- Press "Down" button and select "Yes" to delete video.
- After the deletion is completed, please press the "Mode" button to exit video playback mode.
How to Download Image/ Video Files to Computer
- When the camera is turned on, use the USB cable (in the package) to connect the computer.
- Then you can download the files from the camera to your computer.
- After downloading, please remove the USB cable.

How to Use Camera as Webcam
- Please turn off the camera and use the USB cable (in the package) to connect the computer.
- Then please press the “Power” Button and “Shutter” Button at the same time.
- Then you can use the camera as a webcam on the computer.
- After using, please remove the USB cable and the camera will exit webcam mode.
