4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Camera

Before initial use, fully charge the camera using the provided USB cable. Connect the cable to the camera's charging port and a standard 5V/2A USB power adapter (not included).

4.3 Connecting to Wi-Fi

  1. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  2. In the 'ieGeek Cam' app, tap 'Add Device' or the '+' icon.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera.
