The VECYS water cooler dispenser is designed to provide instant access to both hot and cold water. It features a high-efficiency compressor for rapid cooling and heating, a child safety lock for hot water, and a durable 304 stainless steel inner water tank for water purity.
2. Important Safety Information
To reduce the risk of injury or property damage, always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances. Read all instructions before using this dispenser.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the dispenser is connected to a grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage. Do not use extension cords.
- Child Safety Lock: The hot water spout is equipped with a child safety lock. Always engage this lock when not in use to prevent accidental burns.
- Placement: Place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up your water dispenser:
- Unpack: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.
- Placement: Place the dispenser upright on a level, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clearance from walls to allow for proper ventilation.
- Clean: Wipe down the exterior of the dispenser and the drip tray with a soft, damp cloth.
- Install Drip Tray: Slide the drip tray into its designated slot below the spouts.
- Load Water Bottle: Remove the cap from a 3 or 5-gallon water bottle. Carefully lift the bottle and place it onto the anti-dust mite water barrel seat on top of the dispenser. Ensure the bottle is seated firmly and water begins to flow into the dispenser's reservoirs.
- Prime the System: Before plugging in, dispense water from both the hot and cold spouts until water flows continuously. This removes air from the system.
- Plug In: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.
- Activate Heating/Cooling: Locate the hot and cold power switches on the back of the unit. Turn them ON. The indicator lights on the front will illuminate.

5. Operating Instructions
Your VECYS water dispenser provides instant hot and cold water once properly set up and powered on.
5.1 Hot Water Dispensing
- Place a cup under the red (hot water) spout.
- To dispense hot water, simultaneously press the child safety lock button and push down the hot water lever.
- Release the lever to stop the flow.
5.2 Cold Water Dispensing
- Place a cup under the blue (cold water) spout.
- Push down the cold water lever to dispense cold water.
- Release the lever to stop the flow.

6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your water dispenser.
6.1 Cleaning the Exterior
- Unplug the dispenser from the power outlet.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Clean the drip tray and grill regularly. Remove the drip tray, empty any collected water, wash with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and dry before reinserting.
6.2 Cleaning the Water Reservoirs (Descaling)
It is recommended to clean the internal reservoirs every 3-6 months to prevent mineral buildup.
- Unplug the dispenser and remove the water bottle.
- Drain all water from both hot and cold spouts.
- Prepare a cleaning solution (e.g., a mixture of water and food-grade citric acid or white vinegar).
- Pour the cleaning solution into the top reservoir.
- Allow the solution to sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Drain the solution completely from both spouts.
- Rinse the reservoirs thoroughly by filling with clean water and draining several times until no cleaning solution odor remains.
- Reinstall a fresh water bottle and plug in the dispenser.

7. Troubleshooting
