Using as a Stand Mixer

  1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged before attaching or removing accessories.
  2. Place ingredients into the stainless steel bowl.
  3. Plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Turn the Speed Control Dial to the desired speed (1-6). Start at a lower speed to prevent splashing, then increase as needed.
  5. For thorough mixing, use the Shift & Stir™ Lever to move the bowl from side-to-side during operation.
  6. Press the QuickBurst Button for a momentary increase in power at any speed setting.
  7. When finished, turn the Speed Control Dial to 'OFF' and unplug the mixer.

Using as a Hand Mixer

  1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged.
  2. Press the Hand Mixer Release Button to detach the mixer head from the stand base.
  3. Insert the desired attachments into the hand mixer.

Opening Cans

This can opener features SureCut™ technology for reliable can opening and an extra-tall design to accommodate various can sizes.

  1. Ensure the can opener is plugged in.
  2. Lift the lever.
  3. Position the can so that the rim is under the guide and the cutting blade is inside the rim.
  4. Press the lever down firmly to pierce the can lid. The can opener will automatically start cutting.
  5. Hold the can lightly until the cutting action is complete. The can opener will automatically shut off once the can is fully opened.
  6. Lift the lever to release the can. The lid may remain attached to the magnet. Carefully remove the lid.

Using the Bottle Opener

Locate the bottle opener feature, typically on the side or front of the unit. Place the bottle cap under the opener and lift the bottle to remove the cap.

Using the Knife Sharpener

The knife sharpener is located on the back of the can opener. Hold a clean, non-serrated knife with the blade facing away from you. Insert the blade into the sharpening slot and pull it towards you with light, even pressure. Repeat several times, alternating sides if desired, until the blade is sharp. Always exercise caution when sharpening knives.

Care and Cleaning
