They are suitable for exercise and light rain but should not be submerged in water or exposed to heavy downpours. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case.
  • Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged. Avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Charging: Use only the provided USB-C cable or a certified equivalent for charging.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your AWEI T60 earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Earbuds not pairing:
    • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
    • Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
    • Forget "AWEI T60" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
    • Place earbuds back in the case, close it, wait a few seconds, then open to re-enter pairing mode.
  • Only one earbud working:
    • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
    • Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, then open it again. This often resets the connection between them.
    • If the issue persists, try re-pairing the earbuds with your device.
  • No sound or low volume:
    • Check the volume level on both your connected device and the earbuds.
    • Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
    • Clean any debris from the earbud speaker mesh.
  • Charging issues:
    • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
    • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
    • Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact customer support.
