1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance and retain them for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Electrical Safety: Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance matches your local mains voltage before connecting. Do not immerse the cord, plug, or appliance in water or any other liquid.
• Placement: Always place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow adequate air circulation. Do not place near flammable materials.
• Hot Surfaces: Surfaces of the appliance may become hot during use. Use oven mitts when handling hot components. Do not touch hot surfaces directly.
• Children and Pets: Keep the appliance out of reach of children and pets. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near children.
• Ventilation: Do not block any ventilation openings. Ensure there is sufficient space around the air fryer during operation.

3. Setup and First Use

Unpacking:

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
2. Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
3. Clean the basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.

Before First Use:

1. Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
2. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides, and 10 cm (4 inches) above the appliance.
3. Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
4. It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 200°C (390°F) during the first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.

4. Operating Instructions

Control Panel:

The MasterPro Air Fryer features an intuitive LED touch screen for easy operation.

• Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off.
• Temperature Control (+/-): Adjusts cooking temperature (80°C - 200°C).
• Time Control (+/-): Adjusts cooking time.
• Preheat Button: Initiates preheating cycle.
• Start/Pause Button: Starts or pauses the cooking cycle.
• Stop/Cancel Button: Stops the current cooking cycle.
• Turn Reminder: Activates a reminder to shake or turn food during cooking.
• Preset Programs: Various icons represent common food types (e.g., fries, chicken, fish) with pre-set time and temperature settings.

Cooking Process:

1. Place the crisper plate inside the non-stick basket.
2. Place your ingredients into the air fryer basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
3. Slide the basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
4. Press the Power Button to turn on the display.
5. Manual Setting: Use the Temperature (+/-) and Time (+/-) buttons to set your desired cooking parameters.
6. Preset Programs: Select a preset program by touching the corresponding icon. The appliance will automatically set the time and temperature.
7. Press the Start Button to begin cooking.
8. During cooking, you may pull out the basket to shake or turn ingredients. The air fryer will pause automatically and resume when the basket is reinserted.
9. Once the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
10. Carefully pull out the basket and empty the cooked food onto a plate. Use tongs or a spatula to remove food, as the basket and food will be hot.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air fryer.

Cleaning Steps:

1. Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Remove the basket and crisper plate. These parts are non-stick and can be washed with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. For stubborn residue, soak them in warm water for a few minutes.
3. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials or metal scouring pads, as they can damage the non-stick coating.
4. Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
5. Clean the interior of the appliance with a non-abrasive sponge and warm soapy water. Ensure no water enters the heating element area.
6. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing the appliance.

Storage:

Store the cleaned and dried air fryer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
