Setup Instructions
Assembly typically requires two people for ease and safety. Follow these steps for quick setup:
- Unpack and Position Frame: Remove the folded frame from the roller bag. Place the frame in the desired setup location, ensuring it is on stable, level ground.
- Expand Frame: With a person at opposite corners, gently pull the frame outwards until it is partially expanded. Do not fully extend the legs yet.
- Attach Canopy Top: Drape the canopy fabric over the partially expanded frame. Ensure the corners of the canopy align with the corners of the frame. Secure the canopy to the frame using the integrated hook and loop fasteners.
- Extend Legs: Press the red quick-release buttons on each leg and extend them upwards until they click into place at the desired height. There are multiple height settings available.
- Attach Sidewalls (Optional): If desired, attach the sidewalls using the hook and loop fasteners along the top and sides of the frame. The mid-zip sidewall can be used as an entry point.
- Secure the Canopy: Fill the provided sandbags with sand and attach them to the legs for added stability. Use the guy lines and ground stakes to anchor the canopy firmly to the ground, especially in breezy conditions. Angle the ground stakes at 45-60 degrees for optimal hold.

Operating Instructions
The Yaheetech Pop Up Canopy is designed for straightforward operation:
- Adjusting Height: To change the canopy's height, locate the red press buttons on each leg. Press the button and slide the leg to the desired position until it clicks securely into place. Ensure all four legs are set to the same height.
- Using Sidewalls: The included sidewalls can be attached or removed as needed for privacy, wind protection, or sun shade. They attach to the frame using hook and loop fasteners. The mid-zip sidewall allows for easy entry and exit when all walls are in place.
- Ventilation: While the canopy provides shelter, ensure adequate ventilation, especially when sidewalls are attached. The transparent arched windows on two of the sidewalls allow natural light and can be opened if the design permits, or the mid-zip door can be left open.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance extends the life of your Yaheetech Pop Up Canopy:
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material and UV coating. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Care: Inspect the steel frame periodically for any signs of rust or damage. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame. If rust spots appear, clean them and apply a rust-inhibiting paint to prevent further corrosion.
- Storage: Always ensure the canopy and frame are completely dry before folding and storing them in the roller bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent mildew and material degradation.
- Component Check: Regularly check all fasteners, ropes, and stakes for wear and tear. Replace any damaged components to maintain the canopy's stability and safety.
Troubleshooting
Common issues and their solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Difficulty extending/retracting frame | Legs are not aligned or buttons are stuck. | Ensure all legs are pulled evenly. Press the red buttons firmly to release the locking mechanism. Apply a silicone-based lubricant if needed. |
| Canopy top does not fit properly | Canopy is not centered or corners are misaligned. | Ensure the canopy is correctly oriented and centered over the frame. Double-check that all hook and loop fasteners are securely attached to the frame. |
| Canopy is unstable/wobbles | Insufficient anchoring or uneven ground. | Verify that sandbags are filled and attached, and all guy lines are staked firmly into the ground. Ensure the canopy is on level ground. Do not use in high winds. |
| Water pooling on canopy top | Improper setup or heavy rainfall. | Ensure the canopy is fully extended and taut. The peaked design is intended to shed water, but in very heavy rain, temporary pooling may occur. Do not use in heavy rain. |
