Setup
1. Charging the Devices
Before first use, fully charge both the collar receiver and the remote. The included 2-in-1 USB cable allows simultaneous charging. A red light indicates charging, and it will turn green or off when fully charged.
2. Powering On/Off
- Collar Receiver: Press and hold the power button for three seconds until the red light turns on. Release, then long press until the green light flashes, indicating it's powered on.
- Remote: The remote typically powers on automatically when the security lock is disengaged.

3. Fitting the Collar
Ensure the collar fits snugly but comfortably. The contact points should touch the dog's skin. For dogs with thicker coats, use the longer metal prongs provided. Silicone covers can be used for added comfort or if static shock is not desired.

4. Testing the Static Shock Function
Use the provided test tool to verify the static shock function. Place the test tool over the contact points on the collar. Press the static button on the remote. If the light on the test tool flashes, the static shock function is working correctly.

Operating Modes
The Jugbow Dog Shock Collar offers 4 humane training modes:
- Beep (Standard): Provides an audible tone.
- Vibration (1-9 Levels): Delivers a tactile vibration.
- Safe Shock (1-99 Levels): Administers a static correction.
- Shock Boost (10% Higher): Provides a slightly stronger static correction.

Remote Range and Channel Selection
The remote has a range of up to 4200 feet, allowing for training indoors or outdoors. It supports dual channels, enabling you to train two dogs simultaneously. The remote has a memory function, so settings do not need to be reset.

Security Lock

Maintenance
