Training Tips
- Reward your dog with food or treats for best results.
- Do not use on dogs under 6 months, pregnant, easily frightened, aggressive, in heat, or with poor health conditions.
- Use verbal commands first, supplementing with corrective stimulus only as needed. Be consistent with commands and work on one behavior at a time.
- Use minimal stimulus, only to reinforce verbal commands when necessary. Avoid over-correction.
- Use the beep sound as a warning before corrective stimulus. Dogs will learn to associate the beep with the command.
- Do not rely solely on this product for training. Effectiveness varies by dog. If aggression occurs, discontinue use and consult a professional trainer.

Operating Environment & Maintenance
Do not use the product in the following circumstances:
- Temperatures of 104°F (40°C) and above, as this decreases battery performance.
- Places with strong electromagnetic interference.
- Dropping the devices on hard surfaces or subjecting them to excessive force.
- Environments with corrosive chemicals, which can cause color degradation or deformation.
Maintenance:
- When not in use, wipe the Remote and Receiver with mild detergent. Turn off the Remote, lock the keypad, and store in a cool, dry place.
- During cleaning, use a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid hard brushes that may scratch the device.
- If the Receiver gets dirty, wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the Receiver in water for extended periods.
- Before charging, dry any water stains on the charging port.
- If the Remote falls into water, retrieve it quickly, turn off the power, dry it thoroughly with a cloth, and allow it to air dry. It should resume normal function once completely dry.
Regarding you and the product
- The receiver is IPX8 waterproof (can be immersed in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes without affecting normal use).

- For testing, use professional testing apparatus. Do not test with hands to avoid injury.
- Wipe the charging port dry if water is present before charging.
- Beware of environmental interference (e.g., high voltage facilities, communication towers, thunderstorms, large buildings) that can affect product performance.
- The included collar is a basic accessory. Collars up to 24mm wide and 5mm thick, made of soft material, can be used as replacements.
Regarding the well-being of your dog
- The Receiver collar is not a regular collar and is not recommended for walking your dog on a leash, as pulling may cause injury due to protruding electrodes.
- Do not leave the collar on for over 12 hours to prevent rashes or discomfort.
