Maintenance
1. Regular Cleaning
Regularly clean the interior and exterior of the refrigerator. Use a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage surfaces. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
2. Condenser Coil Cleaning
The condenser coils should be cleaned regularly (monthly or quarterly, depending on usage and environment) to ensure efficient operation. Dust and debris on the coils can reduce cooling efficiency and increase energy consumption. Unplug the unit, locate the condenser coils (typically at the bottom rear), and use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove accumulated dirt.

3. Automatic Defrost
This unit features an automatic defrost system. During defrost cycles, ice buildup on the evaporator coils is melted, and the water is evaporated automatically. No manual defrosting is typically required.
4. Shelf Adjustment and Removal
The glass shelves are adjustable and removable for cleaning or to accommodate different product sizes. To adjust, lift the shelf slightly and reposition the support brackets. To remove, lift the shelf and pull it out.
Troubleshooting
If your refrigerator is not operating correctly, check the following common issues before contacting service:
- Unit not cooling: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in, the power switch is ON, and the circuit breaker has not tripped. Check if the condenser coils are clean and not obstructed.
- Excessive noise: Verify the unit is level and not touching any walls or other equipment. Check for loose components or debris in the fan area.
- Temperature too high: Confirm the temperature setting on the digital controller is correct. Ensure the night curtain is used during off-hours. Avoid overloading the unit or blocking air circulation.
- Water on floor: Check the drain pan for overflow or blockage. Ensure the unit is level.
If the problem persists after checking these points, contact qualified service personnel.
